Denis established KBA In 1994 after some ten years with LEK and Marakon in both the UK and Australia. He heads our Management Education practice.
He is a thought leader in a number of areas, including: how to unlock and harness individual and organisational creativity; the link between customer value creation and shareholder wealth creation; and how to develop strategies that create customer value, build shareholder wealth and enhance community wellbeing.
He is also the lead author in a series of three books that in combination posit a new and more socially responsible business paradigm for listed companies.
Mark heads our Organisational Development practice. He has more than thirty-five years experience in the people management business globally. Fourteen were at CEO level in the consulting industry. The balance was with large multi-national corporations in a variety of senior human resources roles.
Mark has served as an advisor to Boards and Chief Executives on the entire range of organisation and people-related issues. He has a reputation as an innovative thinker and a trusted advisor. He is also known for his values-led leadership and for having the courage to challenge the status quo.
In addition to his role as a Partner with KBA, he is a Senior Fellow with the Centre for Ethical Leadership at the University of Melbourne.
John heads our Executive Development practice. He is one of the pioneers of executive coaching in Australia, having established the Institute of Executive Coaching in 1999 as a centre of excellence in the field.
Trained in transformational facilitation skills as part of McKinsey & Company’s Performance Leadership Institute, he both coaches individual executives and facilitates key workshop across all KBA practice areas.
His integration of western performance models with eastern philosophy gives him a rare ability to interface across cultures.
Marvin heads KBA’s Consulting Services practice. He has many years of professional experience in a combination of consulting and corporate roles.
His consulting experience has included strategy and value-based management implementation engagements in Australia, the US and UK in most major industry segments. His corporate experience includes heading up the value management group within a major Australian bank. He has also provided independent expert valuation advice in relation to many of the largest transactions in the Australian resources sector.
In addition to leading consulting engagements, he is also responsible for establishing and maintaining the analytical capabilities that underpin many of KBA’s services.
