Creating shareholder wealth is not easy.  It requires an executive team to either deliver financial performance in excess of market expectations, or convince the capital markets that it has the ability to do so.  Usually this occurs when the company adopts a new strategy that is well received by the capital markets and leads to a sustainable increase in share price.

Building an organisation capable of continually exceeding market expectations, so as to create wealth for shareholders on an ongoing basis, is a more daunting challenge.  

KBA has developed a systematic approach to helping clients achieve this by:

• Identifying where value is being created, where it is being destroyed, and why, under the current strategy;

• Using this understanding as a start point for the development, and ultimately the successful implementation, of higher value strategies; and

• Putting in place processes and systems that encourage and reward the pursuit of even higher value strategies over time.

Not every organisation requires all of the elements that make up these three phases of work.  Some just require segmentation, or assistance with understanding economic profitability by segment.  Others need assistance with conjoint analysis, choice modeling, or even advice on linking executive reward to shareholder wealth creation.
