Measuring, Creating and Managing Customer Value and
Shareholder Wealth
KBA offers flexible implementation programs aimed at helping
clients establish the fundamental analytical and process skills
necessary to systematically measure, create and manage both
customer value and shareholder wealth.
These programs employ an integrated approach to strategic and
financial analysis, strategy development, business planning,
performance management and executive reward that focuses on the
identification, development and successful implementation of higher
value strategies.
There are 15 modules in a full scale implementation program. A
number of these modules can be provided separately (such as
Executive Reward) or as subsets of the overall implementation
program (such as Value Measurement).
KBA also offers a series of management training and development
programs. These are aimed at establishing a wealth creation mindset
while at the same time unlocking and harnessing both individual and
organisational creativity.

Originally developed to enable client team members to do the
work of consultants, MFV® has now evolved
into a powerful training aid as well as an excellent analytical and
process support tool.
