is a value-based strategy consulting firm that was established by Denis Kilroy in 1994.

For the past 15 years, KBA’s practice has focused on helping its clients to continually enhance the value of their businesses.

We do this by employing a series of well proven processes underpinned by a strong conceptual framework.  That framework is centred on the fundamental relationship that exists between customer value creation and shareholder wealth creation within a properly defined customer segment.  When applied skilfully, the KBA framework can enable management to breathe new life into almost any business.

Over the past few years, KBA has extended its conceptual framework to incorporate community wellbeing.
